Mad Casino Official Guide UK

How we review

This page sets out the method behind our assessment of Mad Casino, so you can judge our conclusions for yourself.

The seven areas

  1. Licensing and protections. Which regulator, and what that means for a UK player. We weight this most heavily, because it decides what happens when something goes wrong.
  2. Bonus terms. Not the headline, but the wagering basis, contribution rates, stake limits, expiry and exclusions.
  3. Payments. Methods, currency, fees and minimums, tested with a real deposit.
  4. Withdrawals. Verification requirements and the time from request to receipt, tested with real withdrawals across more than one method.
  5. Games. Studios, range and whether RTP information is visible in-game.
  6. Support. Availability and the quality of answers to set questions about terms.
  7. Safer-gambling tools. Whether deposit, loss and session limits and self-exclusion can be set from the account without contacting support.

Evidence

We use the operator’s published terms as the primary source, test the cashier and support ourselves with our own money, and record the date of each test. Where we cannot test something, for example a VIP perk available only at high levels, we say that our description relies on the operator’s published terms.

What we do not score

We do not award star ratings. A single score hides the trade-off that matters most for this operator: a strong bonus structure set against an offshore licence. We would rather show you both and let you weigh them.

Re-testing

We repeat deposit and withdrawal tests at least twice a year, and sooner if readers report a change. Results that are more than six months old are marked as such.

Separation from commission

The commission we may earn does not vary with what we write, and the operator does not see our assessment before it is published. Details are on our affiliate disclosure page.
