Privacy policy
We collect as little personal data as possible. This policy explains what we do collect and your rights. Last updated 7 October 2026.
Who is responsible
The publisher of madcasino-official.org.uk is the data controller for data collected through this site. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
- Emails you send us. Your address and the content of your message, used only to reply and to follow up on corrections.
- Server logs. Our hosting and content-delivery providers record technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. These logs are kept for a short period and are not used to identify you.
We do not run registration forms, newsletters or comment sections, and we do not collect payment details.
Lawful basis
Replying to your email and keeping the site secure are our legitimate interests under UK GDPR. We do not use your data for marketing.
Retention
Correspondence is deleted after twelve months unless it relates to an open correction. Server logs are rotated automatically.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data. Our hosting and content-delivery providers process technical data on our behalf. When you click through to Mad Casino, we do not send them your name or contact details; any tracking from that point is carried out by the operator and its affiliate platform under their own privacy notices.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has emailed us, let us know and we will delete the message.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, and our mailbox is protected with two-factor authentication.
