Mad Casino VIP programme: what status gets you
Affiliate guide, not operated by Mad Casino · disclosure
The VIP programme rewards regular play with higher levels and better perks. Here is how such schemes are built and where to be careful.
How levels are earned
Mad Casino operates a tiered loyalty scheme in which staking on casino games moves you up through levels. Higher levels are typically reviewed by the operator’s VIP team rather than unlocked automatically, and some are by invitation only. The exact point rates and thresholds are set out in the operator’s VIP terms and can change, so we do not quote them here.
Typical perks
Perks at the upper levels usually include a named account manager, tailored reload offers, faster handling of withdrawals and occasional gifts or event invitations. The weekly cashback described on our cashback page is available to everyone and is not a VIP perk.
The catch
Every VIP scheme is funded by the stakes of the players inside it. The perks are real, but the reason you receive them is that you are staking a great deal. If you notice that you are playing to keep a level or reach the next one, that is the scheme working as intended for the operator, not for you. Status should be a side effect of play you would have done anyway.
Questions to ask
- Are VIP bonuses paid with lower wagering, or the same 30x?
- Do withdrawal limits rise with level, and by how much?
- Can a level be lost, and over what period is activity measured?
- Will the account manager respect a request to be left alone or to have limits lowered?
A good account manager will answer the last one with a plain yes. If that answer is hesitant, treat it as information.
