Mad Casino registration and verification: what to expect
Affiliate guide, not operated by Mad Casino · disclosure
This page explains the sign-up and verification process. Registration itself happens on the operator's site; we do not collect any of your details.
The sign-up form
The form asks for an email address and password, then personal details: full name, date of birth, address and mobile number. You confirm that you are 18 or over and accept the terms. Use your legal name exactly as it appears on your ID and bank card. A mismatch is the most common reason a first withdrawal stalls.
During registration you can usually choose whether to opt into the welcome stack. If you would rather play without bonus restrictions, decline it here.
Identity verification
Know-your-customer checks are required by anti-money-laundering rules. Mad Casino completes them before the first withdrawal at the latest, and may ask earlier if deposits pass certain thresholds. It is a one-off process; later withdrawals do not repeat it unless details change.
Documents
- Photo ID: passport, UK driving licence or national ID card.
- Proof of address: a utility bill, council tax bill or bank statement, usually from the last three months.
- Payment proof: a photo of the card with middle digits covered, or a screenshot of the e-wallet account showing your name.
- Source of funds: occasionally requested for larger amounts, such as payslips.
Tips for a smooth start
Upload documents as clear colour photos with all four corners visible. Set your deposit, loss and session limits in the account area straight after registering, before you deposit. And if you have self-excluded through GAMSTOP, please note that it does not cover this operator; our responsible gambling page lists tools that do.
